On balance I'd say it favours us. Stoke are more likely to pull themselves out of it anyway and Plymouth are likely to struggle without a good manager. |  | | |

Plymouth will be fine, 26 points already. Fifth highest scorers in the league. How the hell they got Whittaker (9 league goals) is beyond me. They have a novice striker (Hardie) at this level on 6 goals! Azaz who has proved that he belongs at this level, after doing the same in the leagues below, on 6 goals.
Even some of their supporting cast on 4 goals, have scored more than any of our highest scorers to date.
Their ability to create chances was evident in last week's game. Even when they were down to 10 men, they still created the best 2nd half chance in that game.

I’m not surprised. £5k to £20k or something like that. Doubt he’s a super-wealthy guy. Life-changing money, potential to do well and get a bigger job and a big chunk if it all goes wrong anyway.
It’s why I don’t have (as much) disdain for Beale as some. It’s a stupid industry completely alien to most of us. If his bad run towards the end of his time here went on much longer he was potentially out and looking at a L1 job at a push on a relatively normal wage. You’ve got to take these chances when they come because one perceived failure at this level and you’re nothing.

Yeh my beef with Beale wasn't taking the job, I understand why you'd go from QPR to Rangers, but the way he went about it, and the lies he told throughout his time here, the flashing of his knickers to several clubs during his brief time here, the way he handled the Wolves thing, the bullsht basically. | | | |
