Macams Match Thread on 16:29 - Sep 16 by stainrods_elbow | Sure, we lost a man early doors, but Paal's goal aside, we've been frankly rank. Deeply worrying - we've made Sunderland look like Barcelona. [Post edited 16 Sep 2023 16:30]

Macams Match Thread on 16:31 - Sep 16 by Rangersw12 | Tactics since the red card has been to stand on our 18 yard box Awful tactics and performance |
Agreed, it's infuriating. All we've done is invite them on to a point it's almost masochistic, with the inevitable concession. Ainsworth really needed to give them (and us) something to think about at the start of the second half, but wasn't brave or capable enough. Subbing Smyth off for Dykes also makes little sense to me, given how Armstrong is already on a yellow and starting to get hot and fractious. Would have made a lot more sense to take him off instead, and push Smyth up to give us a feckin' outball and him some service. Madness!

But we are losing again at home. Can we get fifty points on the road this season? As we aren't getting many at LR... that's for sure.

We always seem to be second-best no matter whose play at LR. The last four managers seem to have no way of turning it around either. A good home record is essential to stay out of the relegation spots...as I can't see our away success' continuing all season. [Post edited 16 Sep 2023 16:51]
