Yes I read it as he had his ability to call shots taken away from him by another party but in the case of a bereavement it’s hugely understandable for him to take time off and I hope he and his family can get through such a terrible time ok. | |

Now that’s in the public domain, hopefully people will see why over the last two weeks we have made reference to the chairman’s situation at Swansea. He hasn’t been in a position to make on the ground decisions as he has been in the USA. |  |

It goes without saying condolences to his family , but as we're in one of two normally very important periods in the footballing calendar wouldn't the Club have a succession plan just to cover events such as this ?
