Town's fast start adds weight to summer hype - Interview 18th Aug 2023 10:29
Rarely has there been so much noise around a newly promoted side's chances as with Ipswich Town this summer, but three wins from three games to begin with suggest the hype was not without basis. We spoke to Phil Ham from our brilliant sister site TWTD ahead of Saturday. 1

Jesus, he's confident! Not sure I've eever read one of these where the interviewee was so sure of success.

"The opposite of love, after all, is not hate, but indifference."

Yeah - over confident even. Would quite like to temper some of that this afternoon.

Sounds like McKenna is everything the Bealeshitter wants everyone to believe he is, but McKenna has the record to back it up.

Ipswich will come with a game-plan to nullify our strengths and expose our weaknesses and tweak things during the game, if necessary, whilst we’ll huff and puff and make like-for-like substitutions that make us worse. The only way I can see us getting anything out of this game is if Willock has had an epiphany and pulls a worldy or three out of the hat.
