Leicester have put in a £10m bid including addons for Chair.

£7m upfront + £3m in addons it seems.

I personally would take that as long as there is a sell on fee within the deal.

If true, surely room to negotiate. You don’t accept the first offer. £10m up front and 20% sell on.

That would be a good deal for us, IMO.

As ever, believe it when I see it as opposed to a random 15 year olds twitter account with a few thousand followers.

I'm sure most of us would accept an offer like that with a sell-on though with that said though.

I agree, maybe £10m up front + a 20% sell on fee and they've got a deal.

I would be shocked if anyone offered that much, and if we got that much, it’s a fair sum.
Will miss him deeply if he goes. My fave player for years. Love the Moroccan Messi.

Bare bones.

If it was/is he'd already be there/there first thing tomorrow.

The question is, if Chair's leaving, who's coming?

This is not real.

Conor is a well known not "ITK" on several sites

I look at others occasionally (apologies - sacrilege !!)but there are a lot of Conors around 2000 that do this !!!

McBusted !!!

If I was personally getting the money from selling Chair I would be tempted to go as low as a million. Sorry, I know I'm a bad person, I do love QPR but probably not more than a million quid.

Poll: QPR to finish 7th or Brentford to drop out of the top 6?

"If true, surely room to negotiate."

This is QPR. That means we'll negotiate them down to £5m with no add ons, and throw Willock in.

Never knowingly right.

Re potential add ons, a sell on fee is no use to us in this instance. Chair, as much as I like him, isn't going anywhere beyond Leicester. A club of that size, getting promoted this year followed by a few years in the PL, is really the top end for him. I don't mean that to disparage the guy, he's a very good footballer.

This is the bio of that account, sounds like a young kid making stuff up.
I'd be amazed if this was true

Last season he scored 163 goals In all Competitions and so far this season he has scored 188 goals and 55 assists.

His first name Is Maurice and he drives a Blue left hand drive Morris Marina.

Wrexham are rumoured to be interested In signing him too.
