Thought he was inconsistent and pretty crap last night and got loads wrong, but the boiling my pss moment came when Dykes got injured. He was clearly in trouble and the dickhead ordered him to go the shortest way off the pitch even though it meant walking longer round the pitch.
It's not as though it was timewasting and these new measures are there to add time on, so no rhyme nor reason for enforcing that law at that time. If their mantra is to protect players, he failed miserably there. |  |

The consistency on the calls was baffling. I'm all for waving play on at every opportunity but apparently that was only for going through the back of Rangers players, as soon as someone in yellow went down it was a foul. |  |

The ref today absolutely bodged the injury time (not that it would have matter much).
He played 8.11, having signalled a minimum of 7 and had 3 sub breaks plus an injury, had to be 9 as a bare minimum.
If the refs aren’t consistent on the application it’ll become just as bad as before. |  | | |
