No idea why any player who wasn't absolutely beyond criticism would go on a fans' forum and read people talking about how terrible they are. As a writer, I get people on Twitter saying I'm crap, and that's only at a fraction of the scale sportspeople get, and I often find that hard. Imagine reading five pages of people taking you apart.
