QPR women's team 14:05 - Jul 20 with 1869 views | Akindweevil | Just seen that the club have released seven women players. What is the current state of health of the set up for women at QPR? Are we under or over performing for a club of our size? And is the release of so many players simply par for the course? Just wondered...
QPR women's team on 14:11 - Jul 20 with 1835 views | QPRConor2000 | I personally would like us to put more finance into the women's team, it doesn't count towards FFP and it would allow us to grow the club potentially here as well. Last Season in the 4th tier, they finished 7th so its an average squad. Womens football is a growing sport so surely we need to jump on it.
QPR women's team on 16:47 - Jul 20 with 1690 views | stowmarketrange | I went to a couple of away games last season at Cambridge and Norwich. The first one they lost on a pitch with no grass on it in August. They played Norwich at their training ground in front of a fair sized crowd and lost again. The difference between the top teams and bottom amounts to only a few £k.Most of the girls have to drive to away games themselves, apart from Norwich as a coach was laid on.And a lot of them are fans of our club too. With the feel good factor of one of our own scoring the winning goal at last season’s euros,I think we missed an opportunity to really push on for promotion last season. It’s annoying to see similar sized clubs to ours in the Women’s premier division while we flounder in tier 4. I will try to get to Cambridge,Norwich and Sudbury away this coming season, but my daughter also plays on Sunday afternoons too so it’s a bit difficult to attend more games, but they certainly deserve more support from us and the club as we could play at a higher level than we do at present.
QPR women's team on 17:15 - Jul 20 with 1604 views | Dorse | It's not a good look for the club, especially as the profile of Women's Football is getting a boost with the opening of the World Cup this week. Amongst all the noise from the First Team, it's easy to forget that we're more than just 'sign a fücking striker'.

I think I remember hearing from a fan who goes to every qpr women’s game that our leading striker went to wimbledon as they could pay her more than we could.
