Either way, I'll predict this will keep him off training for at least two weeks and so he won't be fit for the first game. Even if Dave Mc's article that he is such a nice dedicated, unlucky guy and that none of this is his fault is true, surely there is a point where you ask whether someone can actually be that unlucky.
What you can't question though is whoever thought replacing a player capable of playing 100 consecutive games with one who is unlikely to make it to 100 over a 4 year contract...
He plays 25 games this season and it will be a miracle.
A genuine shame as he looks a class above when he is on the field. Bristol C away he was imperious (but then again, so were Roberts, Willock and Balogun...).
