In reality FFP does not exist in the Premier League or at least for some of the Premier League. Occasionally, just to keep the idea ticking over, the authorities will charge some club with breaking the rules, the procedure will be long drawn out and the outcome will be said club paying a nominal fine if at all. Clubs will continue breaking the rules until its time for EUFA/FA etc to show their "muscle" just for effect and the whole circus continues.

They get it all ways in the prem. keep virtually all the tv money and inflate their value, as ffp makes championship clubs unattractive.
