Ok,it is done, over, finished.
The team has been mediocre to poor since Fleetwood, if not before.
The same players practically every week, either to feckless, lazy, unfit, bored, or just plain stupid.
Do these are sholes who play every week realise they are supposed to be professionals, earning a crust through being a 'talented' (no laughing at the back) footballer, capable of earning big money, garnering fan adulation and kudos, plus a free Nando's chicken card?
Instead they are lazy and just stupid......... how the hell can they play at half pace today, so bad was it that Sinton called them 'leggy'! Leggy or plain lazy? sorry but seeing them warm up i'd say the latter.
What to do? what to do? Well, David Blunkett and his dog can 'see' that we are shyte, no, not just not very good, but shyte.
But this Malaise has been going on for years (take a few results from 'Moley' etc) we have been pretty much crap.
If you go back far enough you can possibly see a time when we werent that bad, and the time when we started to be 'that bad'.
This has been going on for years.....players who arent fit? why? no training? bad training? too much chicken? it's either down to the trainers or the players.
If its the trainers.... get rid, it is that simple
Then there's the physios....to have so many crocks in a limited squad team is , i'd suggest, pretty much impossible by the laws of averages. so if its the physios....get rid, they aint gonna get the players fixed.
Then theres the guy in charge.......any success since he's been in the job? has he spunk'd money on players who dont cut the mustard? Questionable managers on shyte contracts, or no proper buy out clauses? a hierarchy who must, as he's still in a job, be either blind to it all, or just plain stupid themselves. so that guy, or the collective guy and guys above must go....... get rid.
So, we need a root and branch clear out of all the dead wood or leaches upon our club, and no matter how painful, we need to use the next 3 months to rebuild, and quickly / wisely.
No long term contracts, but a basic, plus pay as you win, score, stop a goal, etc etc. Radical yes. impossible to implement with the stats available nowadays, no.
We have gone through a few years of bad pain here, we have seen managers come and go, we have brought in players on the 10 scale (with 10 being the worst), and we have lumbered ourselves with players who still have a year or 2 to run on their contracts, all the time 'infecting' other players with their fecklessness. This has to stop, and stop now.
I invite replies and comments, even if its to tell me i'm wrong and all is well in the QPR garden and your happy with it all!
