Birmingham Match Thread 12:20 - Mar 17 with 42388 viewsSuperhoop83

I'm so desperate for things to turn around I've decided to start a match thread for the first time ever.

Somehow I predicted the Watford result, although Buzsaky didn't get the goal, so here's hoping for another one.

QPR 2 Birmingham 1

Suffering since 1978.

Adomah has been awful in this match.

I'd say that's being generous

Shock, horror. Another ruckus as Stroud loses control.

"Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry and narrow-mindedness, and many of our people need it sorely on these accounts. Broad, wholesome, charitable views of men and things cannot be acquired by vegetating in one little corner of the Earth all one's lifetime." Changing managers was like moving deck chairs on the titanic. Not keeping Warburton was the big decision we’ll look back on and realise was a big mistake.

Thanks for the stream, it was excellent.

Decisions made off the pitch... are now starkly evident on it. We don't deserve to stay in this league, and won't be pulling up any trees in L1 either. Club is on life -support now.

I would seriously rather we play the entire U21s next time. At least they might give a flying toss about losing. Drop every last prick being paid thousands per week and doing zero to earn it. Zilch.

Now only six points clear of the drain

What a shitshow. Why on earth did Armstrong only get 15 minutes? Warnock only six points behind now - if anyone sends us down, I hope it's him.

7 fixtures in April. No way this squad can handle that many games in a month, let alone games that we desperately need to win.

As I mentioned before, I’ve written off this season. No point getting annoyed at them or blaming Mick Beale or the board etc. It’s a mismatched group of players. The perfect combination for complete failure.

Even if we do manage to stay up, there has to be a complete clear out in the summer. Ainsworth has to be allowed to build his team.

Ainsworth has two weeks to prepare for the next match. It needs to be a statement of intent. To begin, kids in old farts out. Armstrong, Drew, and Dixon-Bonner should start. They need to know that now and the rest of the team should be selected accordingly.

100% - and surely someone in the building can deputise for the ghost of Rob Dickie. A can of beans? A hamster? A small geranium?

I will come over for the Norwich match (first time for 8 1/2 year L will scare life into them with strange noises...........
