Can I say one horrible thing before absolutely getting behind him 100%

He’s the spit of King Joffrey from Game Of Thrones

Here's an interesting overview of Critchley by WLS's Dan Bennett, who is a Blackpool fan: https://www.westlondonsport.com/qpr/what-to-expect-from-neil-critchley-as-qpr-bo

That is quite encouraging. It sounds like he is pragmatic. It could work well. I actually think many of the players are well motivated and want the best for us so if NC can work out what works best for us then we can go again.

I'm doubtless making more of this than was intended, but this caught my eye:

"There will likely be an emphasis on recruiting players who Critchley knows well from his days as a youth coach. At Blackpool, he signed several players β€” both on loan and permanently β€” who had spent time at the academies of big Premier League clubs.

Those include Callum Connolly, Josh Bowler...."

That would be an interesting one if Bowler became available after his current loan spell (season long, I gather), given his origins...

I indeed found this very interesting. Got a really good feeling about Neil and his coaches coming here.
