Well this performance is only to be expected.
The team is low in ability, half of it is not championship quality. It’s low on skill, low on energy, low on ideas , low on confidence and we have both a toothless attack and also a Captain that is neither a leader nor an example . I doubt we would miss Johansen if he left.
Our main striker has scored once I think since January.
Without Willock, we are looking at a relegation battle. With Willock and a few more loans we might just might get low mid table
It is what it is. We have no money , having splashed the cash 12 months ago. The parachute payments give the relegated clubs an unbeatable advantage

And I think a lot of this is down to Beale..... he did similar pre season attacking the players and the same after Charlton......

We've been hanging around in this league for a while now...with little effect. This could be a season too far for us. Maybe the whole club needs to re-group in Div1, like a lot of bigger clubs than us have done - Sunderland being a prime example. The club needs to build some momentum, as it is just floundering at the moment. | | | |
