Phil Dwyer 10:31 - Dec 1 with 2496 views | YrAlarch | Just seen that Phil Dwyer, ex Cardiff City & Wales, ex South Wales Police has passed away. I understand his footballing career was more successful than his policing career. Nevertheless, RIP.

Phil Dwyer on 17:15 - Dec 1 with 2316 views | KeithHaynes | Played against him in 1992, still a decent player then, wasn’t the most pleasant bloke I’ve met over the years, his police career came to a somewhat sudden end. But obviously has passed away fairly young. Not even 70 I understand.

Phil Dwyer on 20:47 - Dec 1 with 2173 views | majorraglan | He was a Cardiff City legend, a rugged player who always gave 100% for the cause. Not a crowd favourite down this way for sure. He was also a Wales international. RIP.

He was still decent back then, also went up against David Hough as well, he was quality, the only thing that could be done was kick him. Just goes to show as an ex professional in the lower leagues they were miles better than most.

You want to watch 2 Police teams playing each other. Plenty 'kick a copper' occurring.
