There’s always plenty of that, doesn’t matter who the manager is.
Some people have a real issue with improving our team for a season at the cost of our young players. As we’ve previously established, hardly any player that has left here without having a chance in our first team has gone on to an equivalent or better level than where we are now.
If they are good enough they get a shot. Brandon Cooper this season, hopefully Oli Cooper next season.

Exactly. If Williams improves us, he is bound to improve Liverpool and vice versa.
If a player doesn't play well here, he won't improve their club value.

We're a club that has to produce players to balance the books. Last season we only produced Guehi for Chelsea, so we're scrambling to sell our best players for peanuts on deadline day.

I highly doubt it’s the same people, so it’s irrelevant. I’m sure people have differing views on the loan market, which is fine.
The point Chief correctly made is that people were screaming from the rafters that Coopers loans ruined us (even though they obviously were the reason we were able to compete so well and a result of the almost non existent transfer funds he was given).
Yet these same people are now deathly silent when Martin is bringing in loans like it isn’t an issue anymore.

I'd rather the players were ours, but fact's are clubs like ours have to rely on some loans, its the way it work's even bigger clubs use loans.

I honestly still think a lot of that was because there were no crowds.
We’ve had even less shots etc this year and people are enjoying it more because they are there or even if they aren’t there is an atmosphere, noise, screaming etc. It completely changes it. | | | |
