So much to like with that squad. Like the look of the first team, the bench looks good, fairly decent cover around each position and Jojo to come in as well. Keep this up boys, keep this up. Looks like we are about to sign a really good right back, well suited to how we play Warballs.
Never knowingly understood

Their 'Squad players' are far better than our first choice players and suspect that the gulf in class will show today.
Good experience for our players though.
Can't make it today - was expecting 1 home friendly and for it to take place next week so had made plans - but if you are going, and it's your first trip to Loftus Road since the Birmingham game in February 2020, have a great day out and a good drink or two. ðŸ‘
Going to be an awful season and we're guaranteed to be relegated and lose to Fulham 5-0...

Just had a scroll through a Man U forum - apart from usual idiots makes not bad reading - unsurprisingly they don't regard any of their players anywhere near the 1st team (though I don't suppose we'll meet too many players at Lingard or Matic level in the Champ) but generally pretty impressed with us.
Also includes replays of all the goals. Dykes' 2nd gets better every time
One scruffy old man very very happy this afternoon, so looking forward to Cambridge game, little steps I know but a few big strides taken this afternoon.
Plus the signing of SJ ia an added bonus....

Based only on that impressive performance - admittedly in a friendly - against a quality Man Utd side which included internationals and youngsters - here's my very early pick for QPR's best team. Dieng Odubajo, Dickie, de Wijs, Barbet, Wallace, Chair, Willock, Jojo, Dozzell Austin OR if Warbs plays two up front then Austin with Dykes and Dozzell on the subs bench. Also on the bench in defence Kakay, McCallum, Dunne + keeper presumably Archer Midfield Bettache (he was impressive in his cameo) along with Adomah

Not until Field is fit IMO. Be nice if Field was fit in time for the Dec loan window, though.
Yep, I agree. We need him as cover. That said I do feel for the lad as he desperately needs to go out on loan and show what he can do. I hope he get a loan to a decent L1 club in January.

A really satisfying performance throughout the squad. Yeah, yeah it’s a preseason game, but as we all know, it’s all about getting the game minutes in, and I thought everyone who went on knew their job and what they had to do, and they did a great job of it. Odubajo looked exciting, Wallace looks the absolute business, Willock looked supremely confident and Chair was here there and everywhere.
Really liked the look of Bettache and Kelman - glad they got a decent bit of game time.
Oh and StefJo signed.
What a day to be a Ranger! Trying hard not to get too carried away, but this season does look promising for a change!!
COYRS!!

Just remember, with this team we were 3rd last season. In only makes sense that with a year together, and a few nice additions, we should be even better. For sure this wasn't Uniteds top side, but it wasn't really a fluke either

Feet on the ground time.
Well maybe not.
Was a proper game and a proper win.
Loads of skills on show nearly all from the men in hoops.
Sign up Moses. Think he got an A + today.
Can't say any player that was on the pitch looked out of place.
They were half a team but was a well deserved win and with Johansen on at the start, top performance in front of our fans.
I was very hopeful before
And don't want make any predictions but THAT IS A TEAM !!!!
Trying to access the stream through my QPR Plus Account. I have monthly billing but not letting me access unless I purchase the package, but then warns me I will be doubled billed.
Anybody know what's up with that?
I was confused by that too, but as no stream appeared without paying I took the chance. Well worth it today!

The only thing I learned from watching this video, was the fascia board above the Loft could do with a coat of paint. It's MUFC twaddle, you've probably got better things to see to, like rotating your cars tyres or giving the cat it's medication.
Sure they didn't start with some of their big names but they still had over £100m invested in about 3 players and most of them had played PL or CL football in the last year. They were outplayed for long, long periods. Ole, your boys took a hell of a beating.
