Fake Hoops Match Thread 09:17 - Dec 12 with 27337 views | Superhoops2808 | Been on these forums for years and several will remember me from the paddocks as a former ST holder, but thought as its been an age wait for fans to return to HQ I would start a match thread for the first time ever... Prediction: 3-1 to the real hoops with at least one Dykes penalty Hope all who go to the ground today enjoy

Fake Hoops Match Thread on 16:54 - Dec 12 by Malintabuk | Him sitting on that ice box is starting to really grate on me.............. |
why is he even there sitting on the box? every match is the same 4-2-3-1... never change the shape at 60 mins, take off willock every game follows the same exact script whether we're winning 5-0, 1-0 or losing 5-0, 1-0 [Post edited 12 Dec 2020 16:56]

| "Things had started becoming increasingly desperate at Loftus Road but QPR have been handed a massive lifeline and the place has absolutely erupted. it's carnage. It's bedlam. It's 1-1." |

Fake Hoops Match Thread on 16:56 - Dec 12 with 2017 views | MelakaRanger | My two Bobs worth from watching todays match 1. Theres no way Reading are a top half side 2. LTC easily MOTM 3. Barring Chair hitting the post we were very poor once we got within 25 yards of their goal 4. We played a good deal better than against Huddersfield but we are unable to worry our opponents. They just have to sit back, knowing that A) we offer no goal threat and B) they will always get at least one goal opportunity 5. We are in very real danger of relegation this season.

Agreed. Should have gone for it and played two up front. Oh well, another weekend ruined. | | | | Login to get fewer ads

i actually like this reading team... some decent players in midfield, ejaria laurent quite solid players no more MW.... i am sick and tired of watching a manager who is so inflexible

he shouldve made a double sub and brought on ball and changed the shape 4-1-3-2 with ball sitting instead cameron played another full 90 mins, nad like clockwork, he will play on tuesday too.... warburton will literally continue to flog this dead horse until hes sacked (tbf cameron wasnt horrible, but we are asking too much of a player who is 35)

Fake Hoops Match Thread on 17:04 - Dec 12 with 1612 views | Malintabuk | And here we are yet again.............another really really bad defeat. Absolutely nothing up front. We have a CF that looks like a cart horse, a winger who if he was any less interested he would not even get changed. We can't cross a ball, which doesn't help the cart horse but I reckon if we had Sinton and Thomas out on the wings he still wouldn't score I actually feel a little bit for Warbs tonight, our years of tossing it up the wall as brought him to this. We all knew that EZE. Wells and Hugill leaving was going to be hard, but I never thought it would be this hard for us Where next and what next. I really don't know to be honest. We look relegation bound and if we are I can not see us getting back up for years. I think we are in serious poo here at the club.

Same here. Every time the cameras cut to our bench they are all sitting back or leaning on the dugout or on the bloody cool box. No animation at all. It must rub off on the team. We look almost disinterested all over the place. Maybe those there can see more going on but from our enforced seats at home it looks bad.
Fake Hoops Match Thread on 17:08 - Dec 12 with 1506 views | Dixie_CT | Cameron started to fade and got nowhere near close enough to their goal scorer. Not sure why we didn't change one or two more when Bonne came on for Bright. Still think we have to stick with Warbs but bad runs will change the pragmatism to panic. Nothing from Stoke or Wycombe with Swansea and Norwich to come will make his tenure extremley unstable.
Fake Hoops Match Thread on 17:09 - Dec 12 with 1468 views | BazzaInTheLoft | Skanked by a decent goal I thought. Thought we matched them in every department otherwise. Playing well and losing anyway is a worrying sign. We need to turn these performances into goals very quickly! Still do not see what change sacking MW will do but appreciate this is getting harder to defend when you look at the table.

I thought there were positives; Carroll, Barbet and Dickie and thought Niko looked more assured on the ball. Negatives for me were BOS, Dykes, Cameron and all of the subs made us worse. I'm not sure we have enough creativity in the other half/final third as we aren't making clear cut chances and opposition defenders seem to make our play predictable enough, enabling them to squash the space or get a block in.
Fake Hoops Match Thread on 17:19 - Dec 12 with 1278 views | THEBUSH | Unlucky to lose today, although I accept we didn't play well. Their decent shot on target went in, while ours hit the inside of the post and stayed out. Like most on here, I'm still not sure about Warburton. Lets see if he brings in reinforcements in January and take it from there ?

I can’t see anywhere in this team that can score a goal or nick a half chance we a current international CF who couldn’t hit a cows arse with a banjo and a winger that is playing for himself and that move in a couple of weeks time, if only he would repeat what he did against Brentford for Dykes goal on a regular basis he’d be a top player.
