Sky have just reported that the car seen at Barnard Castle was Cummings’ car.
That explains Johnson making a very specific point about being more than 14 days isolation before and after (they knew he was within the 14 days when he was at Barnard Castle). The issue now, is that means he was positive before he traveled. So just one picture of him stopping on the journey...
