Feeling pretty flat after Friday night and Wells' recall. Also pretty upset about Klopp's pisstake of the F A Cup (that we're out of), and would love it, just love it, if the Shrews could rub the Scousers' nose in it at Anfield next month. As for Warbs, if he says one more time we have to protect players by not playing them/pulling them off after 60 minutes, I'll feckin' scream.
As for tonight's 'vitally important match' against a 'very talented' Blackburn side, and presupposing our ability to 'rest well', 'prepare well' and 'give a performance', I predict any one of 0-1, 1-2, or 2-3, with Lumley the 1st name on the team sheet, the BFG putting through his own goal, and Eze missing a pen.

As we usually get fúck all at Ewood Park, I'd be tempted to rest Eze so that he's fresh for Bristol City on Saturday. He was last subbed off against Preston (87th minute) and since then he's played nine out of the next ten (missed Swansea) and played every single minute. He must be bloody knackered. On the plus side, Lumley is missing, presumably with that troublesome ricked neck of his sustained a day after Kelly told us he was starting against Leeds.
