Tough one tonight against a team that have a very good away record, don't create alot but don't give many anyway (will score plenty tonight then)!

We need to actually go abit more direct tonight and turn them, they are quite happy letting teams play in front of them.

If Conor is fit I would start him tonight, lets face it he cannot be any worse, BFG having a dip, hall doesn't follow his man so if fit he comes in for me.

I don't think we'll go direct, wouldn't suit our attacking players to play that way and just invites pressure on us as we'd be giving them the ball

Not direct but with more urgency. Vs Fulham this worked well, away at leeds we were so slow moving the ball it allowed them to always get their shape right.

It's more likely to be the approach Forest will take.
If I was any opposition manager, and had watched us last Friday, my instruction would be to just keep throwing as many balls into the box as possible.

I just think if you look back at our good run, we kept the ball but pressed high up the pitch and played with a tempo. Last few weeks we seem have lost that, and reminds me of England under RH, we wanted to play a European possession based game and didn't execute quite right resulting in passes across the back line

I think that we are missing Barbet, his passing allowed us to press higher as the likes of Manning would venture further forward in the expectation of an accurate pass. Against Fulham for example Manning was receiving the ball much deeper and from passes across the back line.

Reading their preview bloke, sounds like a game for Chair to start - the bloke never loses the ball and if they’re going to press us hard he’s going to be important in keeping it.
