That's quite a defeatist attitude isn't it?
I think these articles are quite powerful really. The Trust is very well respected and I know that some of the people advising them in the background are very able as well. I hope they can persuade even a few people to change their behaviour. | | | |

I'm not saying that it isn't realistic, you are probably right about most people. I just see no harm in BST continuing to make the argument.

I'm not sure that taking a harder line would work. Leading a movement is good, become too hardline that you become a dictatorship will put people off. Persuasion always better than force, especially if you haven't got an actual commodity to trade off. |  |

The danger of calling for a full boycott is the risk of it failing.
People have already made their decision whether to attend or not and I don't think many, from either side, could be persuaded to change at this point. | |
