This is great news, clearly, but I do wish QPR wouldn't make such a monumental deal out of everything to do with him. He looks the nuts but why build him up so high? He's 20 years old and has 35 appearances, the club are blowing him up like he's guaranteed to be the next Riquelme...
That aside, it's the one contract we all wanted tied up and I hope he goes about becoming one of the best young players in the league and makes us millions!

They're bigging him up to sell him next summer.
Bare bones.

I know why, but at the same time maybe it's not creating the best possible environment for him? Also shortens the time he has to have an impact as it won't be long before a difficult run of form brings out the shouts of 'do something', etc from the morons in the fanbase conditioned to believe he's the new messiah.

Based on the Allez Allez Allez one the Liverpool fans sing
We've all had some heroes, Stan Bowles and Rodney Marsh Taarabt for just one season, left players on their arse Sir Les and Kevin Gallen, Wilkins and Wegerle Now we've found the next Messiah and he didn't cost a thing Eberechi Eze, Eberechi Eze, Eberechi Eze, Eberechi Eze
Here's the tune btw

Yet more incompetence from Les. God, this club is run by clowns.
...oh, wait...
Seriously this is great work by the club. No matter what some say, the club is run very well nowadays. We’re just operating in extremely tight financial conditions, due to errors of the past, and not on a level playing field due to our FFP fine and FFP in its current guise.
Agreed very good news the boy looked class from the first time I saw him at Loftus Road, Sir Les has done a good job selling the club to Eze as its easy for his head to be turned.
Must admit it feels like the ground is being prepared for Boro to come in and make a substantial offer for Freeman. Boro with the sales of Traore and Gibson have just pocketed £33 million and IF they genuinely want Freeman have the money to convince the Board to sell. Lets hope that doesnt happen on deadline day and leaves us very short of experienced Championship players.

Just checking when the window closed and google gave me a Daily Mirror site.
This passage just about sums up what the FA and the media think about football now
"But the FA have announced that all deals must be completed before the first game of the domestic season kicks off.
FIFA's official deadline is the August 31, but for English clubs the official closing time is at 5pm on Thursday August 9, ahead of the season's curtain raiser between Manchester United and Leicester on August 10."
