Got to agree with this, although it states the bleeding obvious that we all/most knew

"Carvalhal said last night that he is so “exhausted” by the mental drain of the relegation fight that he cannot even bear to watch."

F*ck he's only been here since December, we've had to watch it all season long! 😂

Everyday above ground ... Is a good day! 😎

"Survival from here would be his own personal triumph, but relegation would be on far more people than just him."
Quite

Its just a ride.

A report in The Sun (I know) says that Carvalhal could be sacked before Sunday, with Curtis and Leon in charge for the final game. It comes from the same bloke who told us Carvalhal was at the Liverpool game.

What would be the point of sacking him when his contract expires right after? Do we earn points on the company card when making compensation payments?

Maybe they have lost confidence in him and feel we have a better shout under Curtis and Britton.

We are hiring and firing managers, but the problem is far more deep rooted than that.

It'll only be a few days compensation, surely?

Yeah, let's go back to Leon in charge. That 5 - 0 at Liverpool was as bad as anything we've seen under any manager in the Premier League.

I just posted about the same thing. I hadn't read this post or knew anything about it:
Should the club release Carlos early? by Jack_76 9 May 2018 15:18
And get Curtis and Britton in charge for our last game.

It makes sense to me because at the moment I don't think we have much possibility of getting a win against Stoke with Carlos in charge. Our ONLY chance may be if Curtis and Britton took over for our last game. This may just give the player the boost we need.

I'd feel really bad for Carlos, but for such a massive factor as losing our premier survival, it may be our only chance. If Huddersfield lose tonight then it would be time to decide if we should give ourselves the extra chance of survival or not..

They'd have 3 days to train the team and try and get them playing better more confidence football..

The damage was done with our recruitment and the selling off of our goal scorers. Carlo could only work with what we had.
