I think Burnley and their manager are getting some undeserved stick here. They play to their strengths and this is a team definitely punching above its weight and has done so over the decades.
Today they were a tough side to break down. Especially in the first half. Once we upped the anti in the second half of the second half there looked like only one winner.
Well done to Carlos and the team in a vital and very difficult fixture. |  |

Remember last season when we beat them 3-2 he was whinging about Llorente climbing all over Ben Mee for the winning goal and said nothing about Sam Vokes trying to punch the goal in the net and the ref then mistakenly give them a pen.
We thoroughly deserved to beat them then as we did today.
I thought they were poor today, i know they play to their strengths but they just lumped it up to Vokes and Barnes constantly and in fairness it did cause a few issues in the first half but they just kept it up all game with no plan B?

To be fair, a lot of it is injury related. Heaton, Bardsley, Tarkowski, Dufour, Ward, Brady and Wood would all have been playing today if fit. Having said that, it sounds like we were a bit negative - they kept saying on Radio Lancashire that Swansea weren't very good either! | | | |

Absolutely chuffed. For me today was the best result since Carlos took over.

There is nothing in the rules that says they can't serve up that industrial shite. But no one wants to see it, do they? So since we can't stamp it out via the rules of the game, the best chance we have is to ridicule it.
