Wall of death Match Thread 11:57 - Dec 29 with 30291 views | RangersDave | Not sure, from my ivory tower in a holiday cottage in the snow in the Yorkshire Moors about this one. Obviously, if your going, take care and keep away from the ‘Walloons’. I think this will be 2-1 to Rangers and it kicks off afterwards with lots of Christmas cheer.

Wall of death Match Thread on 12:07 - Dec 30 by RangersDave | I’m going to say ‘stick’ rather than twist here. The situation isn’t dire at the moment and many here will say we are safe, however we are only 3 defeats off relegation material with no money to spend in a week or so’s time. We certainly aren’t safe, but the tactical genius of IH, will say they are in the next month or so, leaving us up said creek with out a paddle. It’s worrying to me that we don’t seem to be progressing, but no matter what I think we have to see the season out, release as many as we dare in the jan window, even if we have to pay them off, and as many as we can in the summer. Then let IH, or whomever, rebuild to a budget. |
This. Changing Managers has only worsened our position, from Ramsay onwards. 1 loss in four with a win away and 1 point and a clean sheet at Ipswich is something to build on. The trap doors open, make no mistake, but this squad are playing their hearts out. Changing Managers now could well condemn us to relegation and then what? Wilderness years. We'll be alright but it will be a heart stopping rollercoaster. That's Rangers, nothing new.

Wall of death Match Thread on 12:29 - Dec 30 by paulparker | ive said a few times that we have to give him until the end of the season , then we make a change in the summer , since October we have turned into ollys team of 2005 where you dont know who is playing , what formation we are playing, random team selections and total hoofball yes we are restricted but so are Barnsley, so are Ipswich, so are Brentford ,so are Millwall in fact we more than likely have bigger budgets than those teams, but they are a head of us in terms of positions , style of play etc , its not cheap to follow QPR and at the moment we are being served up dross it was their cup final last night and we bottled it like we normally do , instead of olly acting the clown he should have been firing up his side for a battle i said at the start of the season we will go down , i still think we will as Sunderland will get out of it and Burton have a bit of character about them so dont write them off out of all the teams we are the ones likely to go on a losing run and drop also i totally agree with stevec that fernades is ultimately to blame for this mess in 7 years we have gone totally backwards and are heading to league 1, the sooner he goes and sells up the better, |
Agree PP We can talk all day about changing managers but until TF goes than our club is only going to go one way.

Wall of death Match Thread on 12:19 - Dec 31 with 1092 views | Esox_Lucius | TF is already effectively gone as a power in the boardroom, since Ruben Gnanalingam and Kamarudin Meranum took the reins. The club's has been driven by these two for quite some time now and TF is just a figurehead now. I am no fan of IH and MB but have accepted that they are here to stay whilst the powers that be above put their house (QPR) in order and as QPR fans we have to like it or lump it for a few seasons. The boards vista may appear unpalatable to many fans who feel we deserve to have attractive, table topping football as our right and feel wronged that we aren't being delivered what we crave. There were many analogous cancerous growths that needed excising after the death of TF's dreams and aspirations for QPR but I honestly believe that the harsh surgery we are feeling the effects of now will pay off in a few seasons time. I will still drive home after games we lose feeling pissed off and angry but 75 miles further down the road and it starts to fade slightly and my more rational thinking falls back into place. As the song goes... "what ever the season, we'll follow our team..." No more chopping and changing managers, no more quick fix solutions to keep fans happy but a solid program of development over the next few years and I'll be happy, no matter what division we are in.
