We're in the bottom three. Hopefully Man Utd can follow Chelsea's lead and stick a few past Norwich.

It's looking grim,we need to start winning games, i'm slightly worried by the form and passion shown by our rivals, we need to at least match that to have a chance of surviving .

5 out of the 6 games so far are going to be away wins.

That sounds quite unusual, not sure if it is mind.

I want a mate like Flashberryjacks, who wears a Barnsley jersey with "Swans are my second team" on the back.

Not going to have a better time to face the Hammers and Baggies. West Ham ravaged by injuries, Baggies without Rondon and the angry man for 3 games I think?

Well, no ones going to do it for us. Win the next two winnable home games and we drag others in and ourselves out. Lose them and we deserve to be up to our necks inthe shit. Bournemoth and Norwich showed the courage needed. This is no time for anybody to lose their nerve.

I wouldn't mind a Villa win or at least draw now though.

Black day. It is wrong to say 40 points represents safety no matter what others do. We are now in a position where we need to get more points than our relegation rivals.

Relation will certainly be small margins this season and sense many fans hopes three teams would be cut adrift so 36/37 points be enough for us. Sadly Norwich / Bournemouth not playing to script, but does mean pressure on a few others like WBA and Soton. Believe we can get 40pts if we get right manager.

If we have to rely on other results to stay up we deserve to go down. If we can put in a performance like at city every week we will win more than we will lose and will stay up comfortably. Let's hope we can do that. Either way it's down to us, can't rely on others to be worse than us. Our strategy of simply thinking we are better than other teams isn't actually making us better than other teams.

Upthecity!

next 2 games are vital - these are teams we need points against - our position in relation to rivals is perilous - and we will need to be putting runs together that require unlikely wins against the big boys before we know it.

less than 4 points over next 2 games and its more than squeaky bum time, it will be requiring a massive turn of fortune.

With all due respect that's nonsense though isn't it,every position in the league is about both,I'm pretty sure Man City will be hoping they win all their games over Christmas and Arsenal and Leicester lose all theirs.

It's how a league table works.
