This has to be one of our best performances of the season. We dominated most of the match, were extremely unlucky to concede, coped well with Cook's injury and hardly gave PNE a chance. I thought Preston's only half decent spell was when Frey and Chair came on and we took a bit of time to adjust.

Smyth again was excellent. There are still questions about his final ball, but he is improving…
