Time for ramsey to go i think he is way out of his depth, i gave him a chance and he has focked it up! Playing henry every week is not the way forward, id like him to stay at the club and run the youth team as that is his level. |
That the annoying thing, Ramsey was brought in as a youth coach which is a position he is well qualified for and was a good appointment by the club. But then another short-term decision was made to promote him to manager which created a vacancy at youth team level and gave us an inadequate manager at first team level.

Maybe what they need to do is bring someone in to help with that element. Perhaps a tenured coach, respected at the club, with history of building teams successful in this division based on a strong defence.
Someone like...Warnock.
