Pick a team of 5 players from those listed in the next post.
- You have £15 to spend and must have 5 players.
- No more than one player from each country
- First come, first served rule, ie. nobody can pick the same 5 players as someone who has already posted. If they do, the most expensive player/players will not be counted. If necessary, you may be asked to choose your team again.
Scoring: your team gets a point every time a player scores a goal.
It'll run as per the World Cup with all teams being put into groups (if there's enough interest!). The draw will take place on Wednesday 11th June, all entries to be in by 11pm Tuesday 10th June.
Do NOT edit your team after posting. Any that are won't be counted, please PM if you have any issues and I'll say you can re-post your team if necessary (it just means I can ensure no changes have been made without anyone noticing!)
All rules subject to change if required. Tie-breakers will be used where needed, so check back now and again, but the fact that you only need post once and I don't have to spend every night adding up Prediction League scores means we'll see how this works out.

Right, I'm away at weekend but will endeavour to do the Round 2 draw on Friday/Saturday at some point, however people can add players to their sides now if they like.
Rules:
Add one more player from teams already through to the last 16, whoever you like. BUT: you can still have only one player per country. eg. If you've already got Messi, you can't pick Aguero.
You might want to wait until the end of the group stage because once you've picked your player, there will be NO changes (any mistakes around picking two players, per country? Tough).
All player choices to be added by 4:30pm Sat 28th June. Anyone who doesn't add a player will just carry on with their current team.
Tiebreaker question: how many goals will be scored in the World Cup second round? (first come, first served as before. If someone else has already got your choice, unlucky) [Post edited 25 Jun 2014 19:25]
