Not sure if much Underground Resistance has been put up? I've got a 12'' in the loft of theirs that plays backwards as in from the centre of the record to the outside...... as you can guess its a proper heavy Techno track.

Paul Trouble Anderson tribute track.
Nice Track w13 cant believe we missed it
putting this one up, one of the better Utah Saints Remixes
another great tune from Bottom Line Records
and one from the Garage City days , needs belting out
And Bowles is onside, Swinburne has come rushing out of his goal , what can Bowles do here , onto the left foot no, on to the right foot
That’s there that’s two, and that’s Bowles

PP quality as ever mate.
Now I'm sure either LB or yourself will remember a track back in the days that Girls FM you to bang out called "mine all mine/ show me" by TE or something like that? Once again I know I have this in the loft on a white label but was hoping you boys remembered it and see if you can find it on YouTube as I have been unsuccessful on this one?

That's a good few hours of listening and reminiscing taken care of - might have to see if I can download a few of them to my phone for commute listening If you see someone cutting shapes at 6.10am on the Picadilly Line that'll be me
Thanks a million.
(By the way - I cant get Cashflow out of my head when referring to Mine all Mine so no help from me there I'm afraid sorry.)

I've just watched Northern Soul on SKY... not a bad film and some great tunes and dancing in it. Obviously that scene a bit before my time but from this film, what I've read and people I've spoken to I can really identify with it. All very similar to most "new yoof culture phenomenons" --- I just cant identify one that's blown up in the last twenty or so years except for "diss me and I will chore you bruv"
Anyway, not a bad film for a Sunday night and I was minded of this one which I recall someone on here turned me onto after I posted the original Marlena Shaw up. A nice chop up.
Till next weekend.

We missed old Frankie boys anniversary yesterday chaps!
I was saving it till friday capt...but as you've started it!... The Frankie friday Vol 2..
Looking back on this thread, its amazing to see how house music diversified and evolved, House,Acid, techno, trance,i love it all. pills n thrills.. good times.
Not sure i've already put this up,one of my favorites from the last few years. its got a classic sound..Frankie Knuckles style.
Got a bit nostalgic today driving through Vauxhall, and saw 9 elms lane, Coliseum getting demolished..! I had some top nights there....

Funnily enough I remembered his anniversary yesterday as at the moment everything is very much..."this time last year..." for me. This time last year I was into recovery (as per my first post on this thread) and looking forward to another operation to fix another issue It was poignant for me to be told I was in a potentially mortal position right at the time one of my House Heroes Was passing away too young
I've had pure Frankie on the iPhone since yesterday morning
No tunes from me until Friday but just to say....
RIP Godfather Your work lives on

Jimmy Sommerville's new album - full on, authentic old-skool late 70s disco, no cover versions, all originals huge sweeping string arrangements, the whole nine yards. Most uplifting thing I've heard in ages.
fk it. its easter. lets get on it.
You know what a love letter is?

Ah you know what... suppose it's a Friday really as no work tomorrow for most.
With that in mind I shall be finishing work in 45 minutes and making the long commute from my "home office" to the kitchen to place some butcher bought Gloucester Old Spot snorklers under the grill, some beans in the micro and some chunky chips in the oven whilst selecting either a Malbec, a Shiraz or Merlot to open and consume.
Then it's a choice between Fortitude or the "Leaders (mass) debate"
Soon come the early chuff chuff to West Brom, a meet with the boys and some rip taking whilst we regale stories of two weekends ago in Eastern Europe.
Cant wait... feed the feeling, feed the feeling.

That Spooky Land of Oz track stirred memories lain dormant for many a year I've not heard that since being munted in Ketish Town many a year back
Take a large Easter Egg as this weekends prize for top post
I'm waiting for the missus to turn in so I can stick my live coverage from Japan of this on the box, get on it and up early doors for maybe my last Premiership away day for a long time or ever or until next year
