All managers are like that! Hell of a lot of players NOT in anyone's squad.
That's what they are paid for, to make decisions on players and, as has been said ad nauseum, despite the unremitting negativity on here, he's not doing too bad as we head into February.

If Nahki Wells was good enough, why did Huddersfield buy him and not one of the struggling Premiership teams or a top Championship team?
If Jordan Rhodes was at a reasonable price, why has nobody come in for him?
