Admission prices for Port Vale trip
Aside from all the transfer window nonsense, it might have escaped your attention that we've actually got a game this evening.
Dale head to Port Vale in the opening round of the Johnstone's Paints Trophy this evening. Admission prices have been reduced for this game, with it costing adults £10 to get in, and concessions being £5.
It's not been a successful competition for Dale in recent years, with our only victory in the past three years coming via penalties against Carlisle in 2008-9. Last season, we were knocked out by Bradford City at Spotland in a game noted for David Flitcroft's last outing as a player.
As part of the FL rules, Dale are obliged to play a minimum of six of the first team who played against Brentford at the weekend.
