So called Swansea City fans in social media melt down after just four games

Swansea City head coach Michael Duff responded pretty fairly on his sides latest away defeat, this time away at Preston North End. It was an improved performance but still the glaring issues within the squad are there despite going in at half time 1-0 up.

Our match report is below on the game from Liam Walters.

That’s here —> PNE v Swans report

Duff believes the performance was better than the West Bromwich Albion game and you would agree with that assessment, however it’s now about going out there and winning both halves. Again, can’t argue with that. A lack of confidence with the final pass, a lack of pace and awareness would eventually undo all the good work the side had done before Preston levelled the game.

However, what’s your reaction to this latest press conference ? He doesn’t look like a manager under pressure despite only two points in the bag from twelve. The social media idiots are now talking about players not being happy. Well, we are calling each and every one of them out on that. And as we stated last night. It’s just four games.

That’s here on Twitter —> Swans Indy reaction

That’s a pure and simple message to the pure and simple twitter hordes who genuinely believe it’s good for the club to read and hear about spurious allegations of player discontent. And to call for the manager and anyone else they care to remember to be sacked is pretty poor form. It really is. In fact it displays their utter stupidity and lack of knowledge as to what has gone on at Swansea this summer and the people involved. Okay, if after fifteen games it’s falling apart, then let’s have a look at the situation. If there’s chinks of light then let’s concentrate on that, and debate constructively the issue. Not making up stories of player discontent and saying ‘ yeah, sorry I can’t say anything, but it’s true’ These are the same poisonous people ( not all ) who regularly abuse anyone they believe is fair game whilst mummy makes the tea downstairs in their comfortable house with all mod cons.

We’ve faced up to them before, and will continue to do so. You are not Swansea City fans.

We won’t name them on here because we are not going to give them air, they thrive on that. But they know who they are and they are the poison that drains the lifeblood from the club. All we are saying this morning is keep quiet, and at least if your going to make up something because someone told someone who lives up the road from someone who looks after a reserve players cat, then have the gonads to put your name to it.
