QPR's majority shareholder Ruben Gnanalingam is the special guest on this week's Open All R's Podcast.

Clive Whittingham, Charlie Wise and Paul Finney sit down for the first time with the man who holds the fate of our club in his hands, talking about the future of Loftus Road, the ailing plans to develop the Linford Christie site, the toxic culture that existed at QPR and how they've gone about changing it, January transfer window and more besides.
