Watford Will Be Without Match Turning Forward Against Southampton

Josh King got all the headlines last weekend as Watford turned around a 2-1 deficit in the final 12 minutes at Goodison Park to win 5-2 but the architect of that destruction will miss the game against Saints at Vicarage Road after picking up a yellow card.

Saints fans will be a little worried after the Hornets destroyed the Toffee's last Saturday, Josh King may have picked up all the plaudits with a hat trick, but the real hero was Emmanuel Dennis.

The 23-year-old Nigerian forward came off the bench in the 64th minute at Goodison Park and laid on two of the goals and also scored himself to to turn the game around from 2-1 down to 5-2 winners

However, a yellow card he picked up soon after coming on was his fifth of the season and Claudio Ranieri’s side will now be without him for the visit of Saints.

Dennis is level with King on 3 goals apiece this season with Ismaila Sarr the main goal threat this season on 4.

Aside from Dennis who is suspended, Francisco Sierralta, Christian Kabasele and Peter Etebo will all miss out through injury concerns, while Kiko Femenia is still a doubt due to a knock he sustained against Liverpool.
