Lazarus leaves Tykes for Dale

Dale boss Keith Hill has raided his former club to sign forward Reuben Noble-Lazarus on a loan deal that keeps him at Spotland until the January transfer window.

In a move that is bound to incur several more weeks of Hill bashing in Kes country, Keith Hill has recruited the former Barnsley youth player on loan after a season in which the Huddersfield born forward has made just two appearances

Despite Dale being among the top scorers in the division, the loss of Vincenti for the next six weeks has allowed a further option for up front or out wide in the form of Noble-Lazarus.

He had a spell on loan at Scunthorpe last season, and made a late cameo for the Iron in their 4-0 win at Spotland.
