Bywater: Swansea Played Well
Stephen Bywater says that his Derby team mates were beaten by the better side on Friday night
Bywater produced several quality saves to almost deny Swansea City but could do little abotu Fede Bessone's late winner that lifted the Swans into the play off positions in the Championship.
Speaking after the game, Bywater said "It (Bessone's shot) hit the top of the near post, just under the crossbar and went it.
"I don't think he meant it. He probably meant to strike it but not that well.
"He came a long way from left-back and we've not picked him up.
"We got into the last 10 minutes and probably a bit of a lack of concentration allowed them to have a chance and to score a goal.
"I thought we dug in well – they are not a bad side.
"We didn't play well in the first half but I thought we were better in the second half.
"In the end, it was tough on us not to come away with a 0-0.
"It was a tough game. They played well, to be fair, and we were poor.
"We can improve on that."
