i think the reason oliver sent him off was that it wasnt just a trip hes actually aimed a kick at his opponent,weve seen players sent off for kicking out after they have been tackled many times,its no different. |

i understand the not active side of offside but if hes stood in an offside position and is interfering with play then he is offside the moment the ball is played forward is he not or am i just dumb,as such any touch after the offside should be of no interest |

two points,if the club had halved the ticket price would they have doubled the crowd,i think not so from a business point of view they got it right,the real problem was 4-30 on a sunday.Point two i watched the u21s play fulham the other day and the young centre back everyones talking about looked a decent prospect |

can any referees or experts clear this up for me.This is one incident which happens all the time,it involved harry maguire who touched a through pass to a player in an offside position thus potentially in the eyes of the law played him onside although on this occasion it wasnt deemed onside on many occasions it is.My argument is that the linesman flags if the player is in an offside position the moment it leaves the passers foot therfore the ball is dead from that moment on so why the contraversy over the defender touching it as hes entitled to,l just dont get it. |
