Looked injured to me. He was poor today, but his passing is no worse than Sam Field. |

They're not happy unless moaning. I'm actually going to defend Ashby a little. He was clearly under instructions to hit first time balls in towards Lloyyd to try and get him in behind. Unfortunately, he just can't pass very well. Madsen did OK. Nothing amazing or horrendous. |

Great result. Silly, sloppy goal to give away and put ourselves under pressure, but great determination. It's all getting a bit serious now this season. |

Tyler Roberts. The worst attitude I have seen, and that is pretty impressive considering the dross we have had. I've never seen a player who looked so arrogant as to think playing inthe Championship was all a bit beneath him. Waving his arms and moaning at everyone else, never thinking he might need to actually move his unfit body. Now plying his trade in the depths of L1 with Northampton. Nothing more to be said. |

Bizarre that after we lost 3-1 earlier in the season the two clubs would be in such completely different situations. I'm not sure anyone would have predicted that. Be delighted with a point after all the travelling, and no new injuries! |

Ange, is no different to Russell Martin. Managers are paid to find a way to win football matches, not bask in their own ego and glory. Ask any football fan what they would prefer; top of the league winning 1-0, or struggling losing 3-2 every week? I'll take winning thanks. |

Paul Smyth, maybe the most infuriating player I have ever watched. Imagine being a teammate ! Despite not liking loans, I thought Edwards was superb, bringing the ball out and defending. MotM for me. Disappointing game for Morgan, but he's only 18, and he has set himself a high bar. I wouldn't be surprised to see him rested for a couple of games soon. Best thing about the game is that we controlled it. |

Why would we not want to be promoted? If poxy little clubs like Brentford and Bournmouth can stay in it, so can we. I'm sick of the Championship. it's a bollox league, and we should all want out of it. |

With Nourry saying if by 17/18 a lad is not pushing to be involved with the development/1st team squad they will, in affect, be released I think we will see the u18s and DS continue to struggle. A lot of fast tracking, loans at 16/17 which is already happening, moving up age groups. It can only be good. |
| Forum Reply | Sam Field at 11:48 19 Jan 2025
I like that he runs and tackles, but he can't pass. Can see Morgan taking that 6 role as he has Fields attributes, but can move the ball forward. |

Putting the goal aside, I thought the most pleasing thing was when he switched to the left when Chair went off. He was tracking back, doubling up with Paal, challenging. Compare that to WBA on the first day of the season, a massive difference. I was more impressed with that than the goal (which was a good finish), as his all round game is better than 5/6 months ago. |

He looks a lot less QPR'd with every passing week this run continues. |
| Forum Thread | Injuries. Are they always bad? at 19:25 18 Jan 2025
Morgan, Kolli, Morrison, and Varane have all broken through to a certain extent due to injuries. It's kinda weird that the injuries have turned into a bit of a plus for us. I'm not sure many managers would be brave enough to do those changes else. |

Fair play. You talk the talk about 17/18yo being cut if you're not around the first team, you better walk the walk. |
