Despaired at the bigots at Farage press conference and organised to cause maximum disruption. More sinister implications at Jess Phillips acceptance speach. Her campaign along with that of Shabana Mahmood are an insult to democracy and should be dealt with with the full force of the law not just today but at every occurrence until these bigots and racists accept their behaviour is intolerable in our society. |

As the guy on Question Time said…”Are you two the best we have?….i think that’s more the reason there was a 10% drop in people voting in Wales.
However…Labour are in power and I was hoping the country would unite….then I watched how the bigoted bottom feeders of life performed in trying to disrupt Farage during his speach. That’s not how democracy should operate. |

I would not…and did not vote for Labour after watching them destroy my country from the Senedd.
However I am a firm supporter of democracy. I believe it’s in our country’s interest to join together and get on with it, not backbiting, backstabbing, protesting that this country has lowered itself to. If our lives are to get better then let’s not repeat the debacle post Brexit vote that continues to this day. |

Yat-Kha for me at the moment. From Tuva in Russia…picked up on them as Apple used one of their songs for the IPhone advert.
My wife says they’re an acquired taste….as she switched the lights off and left the room.
I’m also playing a lot of Leonard Cohen after watching the Watchmen film. |

Brilliant game….for me MOM was the ref! No dramas from him…put his mark down in the first minutes and let the game flow. Thought he was brilliant and will get the final if Portugal don’t get there. |

But when you do try to educate people as to how many calories are in a takeaway or restaurant menu by showing how many calories that meal contains there’s always a hand wringing charity appearance in the media saying how it has a negative impact on people with eating disorders.
Every food item shows calorie count if purchased in a supermarket as well so there’s no excuse when it comes to a lack of education. What there does appear to be is a lack of self control and a lack of personal accountability amongst our overindulgent population.
