| Your Report | Oldham Athletic v Salford City Your Report added at 17:26:48 Handshakes. I can fully understand why Anton did not shake the hand of Terry and Cole and I can understand Terry saying "Oh come on" or words to that affect but I will never understand the loathsome individual Cole, who responded by spitting! The respect campaign is worthless when you have an England international behaving in such a way. I believe the campaign is worthelss and pointless through personal experience but Cole is one low life scumbag! |
| Your Report | Oldham Athletic v Salford City Your Report added at 10:56:12 So much expectation and optimism. I thought it was obvious (from very early on) that we needed to have two strikers. We started the second half by pushing more players into their half but that just left us light at the back. Credit to Swansea, they were clinical in front of goal. |
| Your Report | Oldham Athletic v Salford City Your Report added at 23:45:10 Great display, great effort and wonderful that we are staying up. Let's not all become Alan Shearer (self confessed Barton hater)Barton tangled with Tevez, the linesman couldn’t see anything other than Barton clumping him (why?) from that point on Barton feels aggrieved and loses his head. If Tevez had thrown a punch at me I would clump the little shit. Sad that he couldn't keep his composure but he was off from the moment that Tevez fell down clutching his throat. "36 Match bans" and "something needs to be done about Barton" ???????? Rubbish! He has been sent off twice for us, both times after being assaulted (unnoticed) by the officials and both times cost or potentially cost us the match but he is hardly the uncontrollable nutter that he is made out to be, or appeared to be in the past. MOTD: Yohan Cabaye has apologised for his part in getting Cahill sent off, so Mr Lineker and friends ignore the incident, which was violent conduct. Had Tevez said sorry I very much doubt that they would have ignored the Barton red card. |

| Your Report | Oldham Athletic v Salford City Your Report added at 22:52:10 Today. I may be in the minority but Barton played well today, he drove the midfield forward and worked hard. He may not be everyone’s ideal captain and he isn’t mine but despite what he earns, what he tweets and what people think. He had a good game today. |
| Your Report | Oldham Athletic v Salford City Your Report added at 17:52:07 MelakaRanger. Faurlin being injured has nothing to do with Warnock losing the plot or being out of his depth. Judging by your previous posts any injury to any player would be due to Warnock losing the plot. Didn't he learn from last year? - Come on, it happens! Luckily we are still in the hat and we have just rawn Chelsea (should we win the replay)!! |

| Your Report | Oldham Athletic v Salford City Your Report added at 12:32:52 QPR were unlucky yesterday but got luckier in the second half when they worked harder. Jamie Mackie is 100% but is the end product there? His recent two goals suggest that it could be but I really do have my doubts. What is more frustrating is other players who do have the quality but do not always seem to give 100% One thing I am certain of is that the ref yesterday was very poor, way before the sending off he was giving stupid silly fouls and letting Grant Holt decide what he should do next. He gave a free kick for the foul on Barton but then ignored that, sent Barton off and ignored the incident that made him stop the game. He showed how pathetic he was when toward the end of the first half the ball went in the upper loft and straight down the exit, Grant Holt started jumping up and down so the ref told Paddy Kenny to hurry up! |
| Your Report | Oldham Athletic v Salford City Your Report added at 11:35:06 An amazing game, an incredible result and a very valuable three points. The work rate was awesome and the tatics good. My nerves were shredded and my throat is ripped to bits. BTW the ref wasn't our twelfth man, the crowd was!!! |
| Your Report | Oldham Athletic v Salford City Your Report added at 23:06:55 Hulse wasn't as effective as Helguson, Carlisle won most of the aerial battles. Ephraim was absent for most of the game and Smith looked very good when he came on. The ref had a shocker, he allowed Burnley to waste time, hassle him and at times tell him what to do, perhaps he thought they were still in the premier league. |
| Your Report | Oldham Athletic v Salford City Your Report added at 07:40:32 Last night proves that Neil Warnock is correct when he says that we do not have enough strength in the squad. Had we played Vale on Saturday the outcome would have been very different. |
