The Swans need to be focussed and a proper manager who knows the Championship and has been successful is the only answer. Quit dreaming about idiots š

I was trying to be nice. | |
| Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back. |

š“ Likely candidates for the Swans job on 15:07 - Mar 5 by Whiterockin | Personally I think it would come down to if Sheehan wants the job long term. Previous he hasn't been keen although now he is prepared to discuss it. The last thing we want is him accepting it and regretting it. |
I quite liked his comments tonight basically saying he doesnāt want the job for the sake of it and that he wants commitmentā¦.from the board I assumeā¦.as to ambition regarding signings and contract renewals etc as he enjoys winning. Itāll be interesting to see what happens during the International break.

Sheehan is in a no win situation in my opinion. If he gets a tune out of the squad, as he has up until now. What incentive is there for the club to strengthen the squad if he was to take the job full time. We seem as a club to be lacking any ambition and forward planning. Will they see Sheehan as a safe bet to tread water with minimum spending. As a coach he and we supporters will obviously want much more, does the club share the same ambition. If not why did the recent ownership structure take place, it's time to make promises and back them up.

Iām a bit more sanguine about this tbh. I think the new ownership are more savvy as to what is needed to make the club more successful. My fear is whether or not we have the right people to identify what we need to play the game we are going to in the future (higher energy, less possession based?). I think the new manager / head co@ch should be picked with the required style in mind, obviously, and have some nouse of the market or be guided by competent club employees. He should be involved in the process other than salary / remuneration negotiation.
