Has anyone on here ever used the Ticket Exchange?
My mate placed his ST on the exchange, went to reclaim it but was advised you can only do this through the ticket office. How hard would it be (if not sold) to simply reclaim your ticket through the online site if not flogged?
He was told his ticket has not sold, yet when I try and buy an additional ticket, his is not showing as available, nor in fact for that matter are any in the Red Wall. Site shows Northam completely sold.
Am I being daft, or do I not fully understand the system? |  |
