The problem is Heisenberg that a very large majority of our fans don’t read The Ugly or that apology for a journalist that contributes to The Echo. In addition many don’t bother with Blackmore’s after match ramblings on Radio Solent either.
Nick attempted to make a drama about Martin’s one comment about playing the long ball. Hardly a vitriol attack on the fans was it ? Frustration on his part, yes. Something Sports Republic will take notice of ? Absolutely no chance.
I do wonder if the reason Martin still remains is purely financial. Perhaps Sports Republic’s position is so dire that they simply don’t have the money to pay him off and secure a replacement ? | |
