F*cl me. Let's make the beautiful and simple game more and more complicated.
WTF happened to all fouls and handballs must be deliberate otherwise they are not an offence.

PNE analytics team will be all over this. Studying it for the next level of Dark Arts.

Then, there will be team meetings in the conference room to go over the new rules and how to leverage them to the next level again.

Then there will be practice sessions with the best experts and prizes for those who excel. Stayed down the longest without getting off the pitch, delayed the free kick the longest just over the allowed times without getting a yellow, fouling without being seen and so on.

Then every other club will await playing them to see what they have discovered this season so they can use it next season. They will be one season behind PNE but at least level with every other club for next season.

Those who play PNE early will, of course, have an advantage of early adopter over the others. Every manager will say pass back, rather than risk going 1-0 down to PNE as we know what happens then.

It's the only team I know who do time-wasting 30 mins into a game when it's still 0-0 and with a team way lower than them in the table.

VAR would be called out every other min for this lot.

zzzzzzzzzz
