Just received an email from the trust regarding the possible purchase of a further 10,000 shares, it also appears the purchase of Andrew Kelly's shares hasnt/isn't happening now too, as the "landscapes changed massively since the summer" was the reason behind it

I can understand why Andrew Kelly now wants to retain his shares. It certainly diminishes the controversy of him deciding not to sell to the motley crew. Any future legal shenanigans are now simplified.
98k shares will be a very tidy shareholding. A thumbs up from me.
