I lived in Ljubljana for a couple of years shortly after independence and travelled all over, ended up going back every year for 10 years afterwards. Unfortunately haven't visited for 4 years now and still miss it. Visited Celje a few times and bizarrely saw Spurs play at Rudar Velenje in the InterToTo cup in 1995. Brutal hot day and terrible football.
