Roger Moore was Bond when I was young. Went to the Kingsway Odeon to watch A View To A Kill with Jackforever. Octopussy was a cracking Bond and funny too. |  |

I love the classic era of Sean Connery, Pierce Brosnan and Roger Moore catalogs are my favorites. In my opinion, their films are a perfectly fine interpretation of the character. I think all the Bond films have been 'of their time' and none the worse for that. All the leading men have entertained me, with the exception of Roger Moore, who I found wooden and lightweight at the same time - quite an achievement!
My favourite film would be Daniel Craig's first, "Casino Royale", but I'm also fond of Golden Eye, thanks to the delightful Russian young lady in it as Bond's ally, and the classic sequence where he drives his getaway tank through the streets of St Petersburg. |  | | |

Sean Connery was the best Bond. I suppose it depends on the era that you grew up in.
Dalton is a good actor, but wasn't good as Bond. Lazenby needed a charisma transplant.
I like Daniel Craig. His films are very good and I'm looking forward to the new one.
Roger Moore was good, but his films were a bit silly. |  | | |
