If they don't go up, the German bloke managing Barnsley. Its a proven* fact that you stand a better chance of success in this league with a German in charge

*not proven

Poll: Moses Odubajo - Stick or Twist?

What about giving it to Les and bringing in Gerry Francis as no2?

Only in the second season though which would be somewhat of a problem for us.

Poll: Which is the worst QPR team?

I would be distraught if we ended up with that arrogant b3ll end. We need a manager who can build team spirit, not destroy it when we lose and he publicly blames the players because they didn't play as well as Gilet Boy thinks he used to.

Quite apart from his character flaws, I lost all faith in him when he openly admitted he had set his team up with no defensive cover in the midfield.

Avoid.

We will never consider someone like him/De Canio again, we just don't have the imagination, but this guy did a fabulous job with Sassuolo:

"Things had started becoming increasingly desperate at Loftus Road but QPR have been handed a massive lifeline and the place has absolutely erupted. it's carnage. It's bedlam. It's 1-1."

Yes a slightly left field pick like that would be interesting.
You summed up Tim sherwood very eloquently

May I sum up Sherwood less eloquently?

Thank you. The man is an utter twát.

Poll: QPR to finish 7th or Brentford to drop out of the top 6?

Controversial choice but a lot of players need a kick up the backside so would go for a certain Joseph Barton. Managing an unfashionable club with no money now.

Well a lot depends on what Division we are in next season, if we stay up and Rotherham go down then we should approach Paul Warne, he knows how to manage on a small budget, his team has a very good work ethic and manages to play some good football without any big names in the squad.

I wouldn't be against something like this, but Steve Clarke doing really well in that league worries me...

Jack Ross was the one from the SPL, my St Mirren mate was talking him up a year ago and a few Scottish mates reckon he's gonna be a national manager before long...

Fair point, just looking at what we have to work with D.Mac is use to working in a similar environment. The average age of the Aberdeen side against Rangers in the cup replay was 21/22, and if we are sticking with the plan of bringing through the younger players it may just fit. He has probably achieved as much as he can at Aberdeen, although they are building a new stadium and he may want to see this through.

Ainsworth on the basis he got the best out of Eze when he was at Wycombe and that kid could be our next great 10

My friend it is going to take a lot more than getting the best out of Eze (who was playing in League 2 at the time) to have any chance of keeping us up next season, let alone do something positive and make progress from where we are today.

I’d have Angel Rangel & Pep Clotet have it, let’s try something different for once
Saying that with this current board in control then expect Alan Pardew
QPR won’t change unless Teflon Tony sells up

And Bowles is onside, Swinburne has come rushing out of his goal , what can Bowles do here , onto the left foot no, on to the right foot That’s there that’s two, and that’s Bowles Brian Moore

Will the fact that TF has moved over as the mouth piece for the owners make any difference in terms of appointments. Will Amit Bhatia work with Les to go for a better appointment this time around - please God it will not be one of that shortlist of 4.

There has to be better out there - but it has to be on the understanding that they come in here with the full understanding of what the situation is and what they have to work with.

Out of thoose 4 where shortlisting (wls) IËšm all for Rowett. My second choice would be Parkinson, think he has been doing ok both at Bradford and Bolton.Maybe he would be paid on time over at us. Tim Sherwood just more of the same would not last more than 6 months.

Most importantly don,t let Les chose the new guy please. I like Les and he is a really nice guy when you meet him but after Ramsay, JFH and McLaren get someone else to do it.

I'm pretty sure SM was TF's choice. In fact I think he's had a say in a few of our managers.
Keeping him out of the picture will surely help

Stick with caretaker till the end of the season, the last thing we want is another rushed appointment.

Poll: Who is your player of the season?
